Proper running shoes (not flat soled),sports attire, towel, water.
The Teen Fitness class aims to introduce young people to a fitness environment who may not be the age to join the gym but would have an interest.
In this class young people will learn the following:
The differences between Cardiovascular and Strength training.
How to operate cardio and body resistance gym equipment.
Proper behavior in a gym environment.
Different types of fitness classes available.
The advantages of regular exercise.
How to interact with other gym users.
