National Fitness Day 2016

August 25, 2016

Clondalkin Leisure Centre are delighted to say that they will be partaking  in the National Fitness Day 16th September.

National Fitness Day is aimed at getting as many people active as possible on Friday 16th September as part of the European Week of Sport (EWoS). EWoS is a great opportunity for everyone to promote and encourage all forms of sport and physical activity across Ireland and try some new activities.

Supported by Sport Ireland and Healthy Ireland, National Fitness Day is set to take Ireland by storm! Our ambassador Anna Geary, All Star Camogie Legend recognises the benefits of being active and encourages people to use National Fitness Day as a chance to try the activity you’ve always wanted to try, watch the launch video here.
