Personal Fitness programs


We offer personal programs to all members who use the gym; this includes weight loss, general fitness, body toning and sports related training. Our instructors are highly trained in all aspects of fitness and the above .our programs are specifically designed to be easily followed and understood, our instructors are always available for any queries you may have.

Your first program should last you between 4- 6 weeks ,if you’ve outgrown your program within the time given, congratulations your doing well and we will be more than happy to re-assess your fitness and design a totally new program for you!

Pool Opening Times
Mon, Tues & Thurs:
7am - 10pm;
Wed: 9am - 10pm;
Fri: 7am - 9pm;
Sat: 9am - 6pm;
Sun: 10am - 4pm.
 
Gym Opening Times
Mon & Wed: 9am - 10pm;
Tues & Thurs: 7am - 10pm;
Fri: 7am - 9pm;
Sat: 9am - 6pm;
Sun: 10am - 4pm.
