New Body Workout


This is a low impact class, using non impact aerobic moves and hand held weights.

For all fitness levels, with easy to follow moves. This workout improves cardiovascular fitness and also is a great calorie burner. It concentrates on muscle conditioning for the upper body.

So if you are looking for a fun way to get fit, this new body workout is just for you.

Pool Opening Times
Mon, Tues & Thurs:
7am - 10pm;
Wed: 9am - 10pm;
Fri: 7am - 9pm;
Sat: 9am - 6pm;
Sun: 10am - 4pm.
 
Gym Opening Times
Mon & Wed: 9am - 10pm;
Tues & Thurs: 7am - 10pm;
Fri: 7am - 9pm;
Sat: 9am - 6pm;
Sun: 10am - 4pm.
