Fitball is an exercise class based on and around a stability ball. It mainly concentrates on core muscle an some would say that our fitball class is core training at it’s best. From our fitball class, you will gain not only a core workout but an overall total body as we see it a necessity to work the body’s other muscles/muscle groups whilst maintaining core contraction.
Taking part in a fitball class is a great way to workout,as it breaks up the routine of just going to the gym all the time. And an extra bonus of doing fitball is that your under the watchful,encouraging eye of a qualified professional.
