Cardiovascular exercise is a fundamental part of life. Whether it is conditioning your heart and lungs, burning fat, building aerobic or anaerobic strength, reducing the risk of heart disease and obesity it is clearly obvious that it is essential in modern living.

Why is it so important?

The heart is a muscle and will respond to exercise in the same way any muscle will… it will adapt. A strong heart means a better quality of living. Aerobic exercise burns calories and therefore fat. Why not boost your immune system, strengthen your bones and improve your posture, confidence and general feeling of well being?

We use only life fitness equipment which is highly technological, user friendly and state of the art. These come equipped with heart rate monitor so you can train in your own specific target heart rate zones to achieve truly accurate goals! These also come with in-built television, radio, and motivational screens to push you to your limits.

Pool Opening Times
Mon, Tues & Thurs:
7am - 10pm;
Wed: 9am - 10pm;
Fri: 7am - 9pm;
Sat: 9am - 6pm;
Sun: 10am - 4pm.
 
Gym Opening Times
Mon & Wed: 9am - 10pm;
Tues & Thurs: 7am - 10pm;
Fri: 7am - 9pm;
Sat: 9am - 6pm;
Sun: 10am - 4pm.
