This class is a class specially designed to condition all muscle groups by using hand weights or other equipment. The main objective of this class is to improve muscular strength and endurance. Bodysculp class is a slower and more stationary class. This workout can be adapted for all fitness levels. Muscle groups are targeted for overall balance.This class conditions your muscles with a variety of standing and floor exercises using body weight, hand held weights, rubberised bands and step. Movements are slow and controlled to achieve muscle strength and endurance. classes usually take no longer than 45 minutes, which will include a 10 minute warm up and a 35 minute main phase of so much fun and laughter you won’t even realise you have had a full intensive workout.
