Aerobics Classes


We have aerobic sessions to suit all fitness levels. So if you are an absolute beginner or an experienced veteran we’ll have a class to suit you!

Also known as exercise to music, this class will target those specific bits that everyone wants to tone up, improve flexibility (reducing risk of injuries and increasing your range of motion at your joints), improve your co-ordination (ability to use arms and legs in different motions at the same time) and agility, as well as providing a safe and social exercise environment.

Aerobic classes are a fun way to lose weight and are also recommended for cardiovascular fitness. Cardiovascular fitness is a fundamental aspect of your daily life. Whether it is conditioning your heart and lungs, burning fat, building aerobic or anaerobic strength, reducing the risk of heart disease and obesity it is clearly obvious that it is essential in modern living.

All of our fitness classes are taught by highly qualified instructors and have many years experience. Our instructors are very friendly and informative and are happy to share their knowledge and experience in the fitness industry. They are experts in motivation and will help you achieve your goals, even if it’s just to finish your class or to push you that one "step" further . . . (see step aerobics)

Mon, Tues & Thurs:
7am - 10pm;
Wed: 9am - 10pm;
Fri: 7am - 9pm;
Sat: 9am - 6pm;
Sun: 10am - 4pm.
 
Gym Opening Times
Mon & Wed: 9am - 10pm;
Tues & Thurs: 7am - 10pm;
Fri: 7am - 9pm;
Sat: 9am - 6pm;
Sun: 10am - 4pm.
